Return & Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Goosebump Hat Company. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our hats and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, such as hat boxes, brushes, feathers, and accessories.

  • Have the original hang tag attached.
    No returns will be accepted if the tag has been removed.

You must request a return within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at Support@goosebumphats.com or in out Contact Us page, with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Hats that have been worn, altered, or show signs of use.

  • Items without original tags

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange for a different hat or color, please return your item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective hat, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@goosebumphsts.com with clear photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

We will provide the return address and instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our end.
