Sizing

  • How do I measure my head? To measure your head for a hat, wrap a piece of string or measuring tape around your head, about 1/8 inch above your ears. Do not use stretchable measurements.
  • How do I find my hat size? Use a hat size chart to find the size that corresponds to your head measurement.  Goosebump hats are fit for all three sizes: S, M, L

Returns 

What is your return policy?  

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, be it a sizing issue, or if you simply changed your mind, you are able to exchange the hat or get a refund within 7 days of delivery date. If you need to return a hat, simply find the CONTACT US on our site and follow the step-by-step instructions.

  • Item condition: Unused, with original packaging, with tags attached).

Once we receive the hat, we will inspect the hat for approval for an exchange or refund. Please note: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT ORIGINAL LABEL TAG.


What do I need to return an item?
You may need to include your order number and  reason for the return. Package hat in original packaging including Goosebump hat box.

 

Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund?

  • All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

When can I receive my refund? 

  • 3-5 business days after we receive the product back

  • How much does shipping cost? All domestic and  international shipping will vary by location.
  • How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number


Processing Time:

Processing time is defined as the time it takes for us to receive your order in our system, assemble the hat, pack, and prepare for shipment. Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, please see processing times below:

Standard, Priority, International Shipping: Allow 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays) for processing before order ships from our warehouse.

Express Shipping: Processes next business day (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays).

One Day Shipping: Same day processing, order must be placed before or by 12pm. 

 

Shipping Time:

Shipping time is defined as the time it takes for Goosebump to assemble your hat orders (1-2 days), shipping time is 3-5 business days. Once it has shipped from our warehouse, Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update.  


We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

 

Please note: Goosebump Hat Company cannot guarantee specific delivery times.  Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time, weather, carrier delays and the distance of the shipping address from our warehouse in Southern California.

 

Life Time Warranty and Repairs

Do you offer warranty or guarantee for your products?

Our guarantee covers any failure to our work. If the stitching comes undone, a band falls off or any sort of craftsmanship failure. We will fix or replace with the same product or equal value at no additional cost with free freight.
